Life at Wilberforce
We know coming to College can be daunting, but you’ll soon find it easy to get around the campus and make new friends.
Most people here are just the same as you – school leavers – so you’ll meet lots of people who you have things in common with. Our campus has plenty of places to study, socialise and relax.
The social hub of our College is the Atrium, a large communal indoor space with comfortable seating areas. Based right at the heart of the College, it’s a great meeting place for you and your friends. We also hold regular events here, such as charity shows, performances and fairs.
You can also meet up with friends and eat your lunch in the student common room. All of our communal areas have TVs to keep you up to date with important and upcoming events at the College.
When you need to focus and study, you can use our library’s quiet study area, the computers in our drop-in IT suites or the study deck for group work.
In summer, you’ll want to be outside in the sun as much as you can. So we’ve made sure there’s plenty of outdoor space on our campus for you to enjoy the sunshine, whether you’re eating lunch at a picnic table, relaxing on the field, or challenging a friend to a game on our outdoor table tennis table.
