Hairdressing (BTEC Level 2)

The Edexcel BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Hairdressing is designed to give you an opportunity to progress to higher level vocational qualifications, or to enter employment in the hair and beauty sector.

You will learn the basic theory and practical aspects of hairdressing. You will develop an understanding of the practices and procedures needed to work in the exciting hair industry. You will be taught in our brand new, well equipped training salon. Your enthusiastic teachers will help you to develop the essential skills and personal qualities needed for a successful performance in your working life.

The courses are broken down into a number of units, covering a wide range of salon procedures and practices. Some of the topics you may study are: Providing Facial Skincare, Applying Make-up and Providing Manicure and Pedicure Treatments.
